Skoll World Forum 2024 – Collaborative philanthropy – to and for Africa

On April 11, 2024, more than 75 participants gathered at the Skoll World Forum for a deep dive about collaborative philanthropy to and for Africa. The session grounded participants in the field of collaboratives, across Africa and globally, and was rooted in the experiences of those doing this work today in the African context.

Panelists included Tanya Masiyiwa of Delta Philanthropies and the Higherlife Foundation, Bernadette Moffat of ELMA Philanthropies, Atti Worku of African Visionary Fund, and Degan Ali of Adeso. Watch a video of the panel and explore a detailed readout from the conversation.
