Donor collaboratives have incredible potential to propel greater giving around the world and direct it to the causes and communities that need it most. But in order to measure and understand collaboratives’ impact, considering the perspective of grantees themselves is critical.

The report found that grantees value open and frequent communication, trusting relationships, and the flexibility of long-term partnerships, among other insights. These findings can help any intermediary understand how to better partner with and advance the important work of their grantees.
